Who or What is BayCom?

The BayCom team are a small group of radio amateurs in Bavaria/Germany. In fact, the "Bay" in BayCom is derived from "Bayern", the German name for Bavaria, and it's pronounced like "bye" not "bay" (listen to an expert)  We develop hard- and software packages for amateur packet radio.
